This lady's boss might catch more flack than then email's sender for only issuing a verbal and written warning. Some people dont get it when it comes to a response to a racially motivated crime. Black people are not looking for you to acknowledge the issue. We were not suprised when the police beat up Rodney King we were surprised the officer got away with it.

Dream Fulfilled??
When CNN, Gallop, and the AP conducts these "polls" i often wonder ..who are you asking these questions to? Recently CNN conducted a poll and gave results staing that 69% of Blacks think Martin Luther King Jr.'s Dream has been fulfilled. I have to disagree.
First of all i am extremely proud of white America. I would be fake if i told you otherwise. I can easily admit this is the most respect i have felt from a white American in my entire life, thanks to people like MLK, Obama, and especially the Hip Hop culture. However, one element of racisim that has changed has not necessarily changed for the good. In MLK's day racism was broadcasted so you knew where racism was. They were very blunt about it, No Niggers Eat Here..No Nigger We Are Not Hiring..posted right on a sign outside the door. Dont get me wrong i very much appreciate the fact that i have the right to eat and work where i want, but how do you know with that mindset i want to eat or work in your establishment? When you say Dr. Kings dream has been fulfilled i dont think something like Affirmative Action would exist. How do i know who i work for? This is not an era where there are very few Black people who are educated and skilled, we have definetly advanced. Therefore a racist will not always broadcast their views when hiring a minority. If you know that a Mexican will bust his ass everyday, or a Black woman sells more than the average and you are in business, of course you will hire them biggott or not. I had to learn the hard way about a racist in regards to money...some white people dont like black but they loooove green.
Next, as far as the dream, let us not forget Dr. King not only spoke on White and Black Americans sticking together, but for BLACK Americans to stick together. How dare you Black people in that poll say Dr. Kings dream is done! There is still a mass amount of Black on Black crime, irresponsible fathers, miseducation, drug abuse, and an incarceration rate thats out of control. Once again i am proud of us as well. We have seen a tremendous improvemnet in status..but the dream?? Look at our other politicains and so-called leaders! Jesse's crying did not impress me after having a desire to cut Barak's balls off. Al and Oprah's approach to communicating with the Hip Hop nation was terrible. Did you forget about Jerimiah Wright? We need to stop stabbing each other in the back before we can even utter the words "dream fulfilled". That is absurd to think that we are over the bridge when we are barely treading water in our own hood. I have said this before, i feel like many things with Black American can be shared and tackled amongst everyone and some things cannot. Stop airing out our dirty laundry for the whole country to comment on and misinterrpret. If you want an end to the "N" word it will start at home not in White America. If you want real equality you must treat yourselves equal first. Like B.I.G. and Diddy said in the Notorious movie ...you can't change the world unitl you change yourself.

Obama Made His Trip About Recognition
Barrack Obama has finished his trip to Europe and the Middle East and recently interviewed wiht Tom Brokaw on Meet the Press. Many people have criticized as well as praised this trip and for some odd reason some think Obama has to defend the trip. Some of this "defense" took place as Brokaw asked him questions relating to issues ranging from economics, to Afghanistan and Iraq. This trip was all about recognition. Some people dont know how to think ahead or stage their mindset to "having" instead of "wanting". Obama essentially is taking the role of President as if it were happening NOW. I believe his efforts were to get people to recognize that he has the ability to handle this position. He said himself, in response to the critics of his appearence in Berlin which some compared to a rock concert, “I could have delivered an exhaustive list of policy prescriptions, but I suspect that 200,000 people would have slowly drifted off. [The point was] to get Europeans to recognize the extraordinary sacrifices that Americans have made on behalf of world freedom and security. And to get Americans to recognize we need partners in order to be effective to solve our problems.” Many people also have their view on one side or another as far the the war is concerned. Obama made sure he made people once again recognize what our true intenions are. "My job as the next commander-in-chief is going to be make a decision-- what is the right war to fight, and how do we fight it?” Obama said. “And I think that we should have been focused on Afghanistan from the start. We should have finished that job. We have not.”
So to all the critics scrutenizing every move dude makes, he is making the moves of a president now..not later. Obama is keying in on issues that we want to talked about, analyzed, and see action taken in finding a resolution. This trip was just what the doctor ordered for his foreign policy preparation and i agree with the plan. I think you better recognize.

Change Is Here!
One Hell of a Speech
So now whats next? I'm wondering if i would even let Hillary stand next to me, but i do know a "dream ticket" when i see one. Congratulations to Obama. One blow to the beast from the Black man with a November win or not, he shook up the world. Things have changed some and if/when this man gets elected we will see a REALLY big change in the people in this country's attitudes and ideologies. I swear i cant wait i want to see this!

A Debrief for Whitey!!
Ok Hip Hoppers i promise i will post some music but i swear the devil is trying my patience. This involent has made some of the most ogreish comments possible. I am going to battle on his website in the forums but ill tell you now..the people are very racist and they dont even try to find facts. They will say anything so do not look for a real debate. Now i am definetly no supporter of Rev. Wright i think his is using a spotlight that he never had at the worse time he could possibly use it. But the governement has committed crimes against Black people as well as all humanity. Here are the devils comments:

How would Barack explain to his press groupies why he sat silent in a pew for 20 years as the Rev. Jeremiah Wright delivered racist rants against white America for our maligning of Fidel and Gadhafi, and inventing AIDS to infect and kill black people?
How would he justify not walking out as Wright spewed his venom about “the U.S. of K.K.K. America,” and howled, “God damn America!”
My hunch was right. Barack would turn the tables.
Yes, Barack agreed, Wright’s statements were “controversial,” and “divisive,” and “racially charged,” reflecting a “distorted view of America.”
But we must understand the man in full and the black experience out of which the Rev. Wright came: 350 years of slavery and segregation.
Barack then listed black grievances and informed us what white America must do to close the racial divide and heal the country.
The “white community,” said Barack, must start “acknowledging that what ails the African-American community does not just exist in the minds of black people; that the legacy of discrimination — and current incidents of discrimination, while less overt than in the past — are real and must be addressed. Not just with words, but with deeds … .”
And what deeds must we perform to heal ourselves and our country?
The “white community” must invest more money in black schools and communities, enforce civil rights laws, ensure fairness in the criminal justice system and provide this generation of blacks with “ladders of opportunity” that were “unavailable” to Barack’s and the Rev. Wright’s generations.
What is wrong with Barack’s prognosis and Barack’s cure?
Only this. It is the same old con, the same old shakedown that black hustlers have been running since the Kerner Commission blamed the riots in Harlem, Watts, Newark, Detroit and a hundred other cities on, as Nixon put it, “everybody but the rioters themselves.”
Was “white racism” really responsible for those black men looting auto dealerships and liquor stories, and burning down their own communities, as Otto Kerner said — that liberal icon until the feds put him away for bribery.
Barack says we need to have a conversation about race in America.
Fair enough. But this time, it has to be a two-way conversation. White America needs to be heard from, not just lectured to.
This time, the Silent Majority needs to have its convictions, grievances and demands heard. And among them are these:
First, America has been the best country on earth for black folks. It was here that 600,000 black people, brought from Africa in slave ships, grew into a community of 40 million, were introduced to Christian salvation, and reached the greatest levels of freedom and prosperity blacks have ever known.
Wright ought to go down on his knees and thank God he is an American.
Second, no people anywhere has done more to lift up blacks than white Americans. Untold trillions have been spent since the ’60s on welfare, food stamps, rent supplements, Section 8 housing, Pell grants, student loans, legal services, Medicaid, Earned Income Tax Credits and poverty programs designed to bring the African-American community into the mainstream.
Governments, businesses and colleges have engaged in discrimination against white folks — with affirmative action, contract set-asides and quotas — to advance black applicants over white applicants.
Churches, foundations, civic groups, schools and individuals all over America have donated time and money to support soup kitchens, adult education, day care, retirement and nursing homes for blacks.
We hear the grievances. Where is the gratitude?
Barack talks about new “ladders of opportunity” for blacks.
Let him go to Altoona and Johnstown, and ask the white kids in Catholic schools how many were visited lately by Ivy League recruiters handing out scholarships for “deserving” white kids.
Is white America really responsible for the fact that the crime and incarceration rates for African-Americans are seven times those of white America? Is it really white America’s fault that illegitimacy in the African-American community has hit 70 percent and the black dropout rate from high schools in some cities has reached 50 percent?
Is that the fault of white America or, first and foremost, a failure of the black community itself?
As for racism, its ugliest manifestation is in interracial crime, and especially interracial crimes of violence. Is Barack Obama aware that while white criminals choose black victims 3 percent of the time, black criminals choose white victims 45 percent of the time?
Is Barack aware that black-on-white rapes are 100 times more common than the reverse, that black-on-white robberies were 139 times as common in the first three years of this decade as the reverse?
We have all heard ad nauseam from the Rev. Al about Tawana Brawley, the Duke rape case and Jena. And all turned out to be hoaxes. But about the epidemic of black assaults on whites that are real, we hear nothing.
Sorry, Barack, some of us have heard it all before, about 40 years and 40 trillion tax dollars ago.

Bob Johnson...The House or the Field?
Comments made by billionaire Bob Johnson many Black people disapprove of. Many approve of. Who's right? Who's wrong? I think Bob Johnson is selling out not because Obama is Black and Clinton is not, but because his comments have absolutely no merit.
"I am frankly insulted that the Obama campaign would imply that we are so stupid that we would think Hillary and Bill Clinton who have been deeply and emotionally involved in black issues when Barack Obama was doing something in the neighborhood that I won't say what he was doing but he said it in his book."
Black people have taken the "1st Black president" thing way too far. Bill Clinton is a white man and due to that fact he and his wife can only partially understand Black people's plight in America. I cannot recall one instance where they have done anything in the hood. They may have done some things i am not aware of..but the impact hasn't been so great to the point i am willing to salute them.

How are you backing CLINTONS speaking on drug use. Are you serious? Do you actually believe after this man goes on tv and lies to the entire world and his wife about getting some head in the oval office, that he was telling the truth about "not inhaling"....cut it out. I am from the hood and have seen one thousand times the amount of strees as Bush and i haven't even been tempted to try powder!
